These Terms of Use (Terms), along with policies and guidelines located throughout The Parenting Buzz website describe what Users (‘you’) of this site and The Parenting Buzz podcast can expect from us, as well as what we expect from you. By accessing this website and any areas of The Parenting Buzz website or podcast you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and any other policies and guidelines located on this site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. The Parenting Buzz and Felicity Banning endeavours to prevent improper use of the discussion forum, comment and chat areas but will not be under any liability for any consequential damage however caused. Any communication between users is done at the users own risk.

All users that join The Parenting Buzz forum (community) have a public profile that is publicly visible (to other visitors to the website). All public activity (such as posts and comments) will be visible to other visitors of the website. Users are able to opt-out and exit the community, and in doing so the user’s profile will not be publicly visible and the user will not be able to use the community features (e.g. liking, commenting or writing posts). All contributions (posts, comments, likes, etc.) made by that user during their time as a member will remain public even after they have exited the community.

Right to Suspend or Cancel User Account

The Parenting Buzz may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

Retention of Right to Change Offering

The Parenting Buzz or Felicity Banning may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

The fee for the services (subscriptions) will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. If you want to join our social media communities, we have access to your public profile, which may include your name and photo.
